Barbara Grufferman is an acclaimed advocate for positive living and healthy aging. She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and author of the new best-selling book, Love Your Age: The Small Step Solution to a Better, Longer, Happier Life. The book is published by National Geographic and partner AARP. Barbara shares her philosophy about creating new and positive habits. All roads lead to movement and exercise. We are our habits and good habits will help us live a happier, fuller life. You don’t have to have a rigorous exercise regime. Just get up and move!! She did not really start making healthy habits a priority until 50. It was then she began paying attention and determined she wanted her body to feel as good as her spirit and become the ambassador for health she is today. Start by putting one foot in front of the other and before you know it, you too may be running marathons…or NOT! All kidding aside, we all have to find a way to keep ourselves moving.
