Welcome to the magical world of The Simple Farm.
This week’s guests will give you some great tips on how to create more, and spend less time doing it. Lylah Ledner and her husband decided they wanted a more tranquil lifestyle. She shares, “My husband read an article that resonated so deeply with him he could not shake it.”
So off they went, from living in New York, with stressful careers, to purchasing a 3-acre parcel in the desert of Scottsdale, Arizona.

“You aren’t free until you grow your own food.” ~ Lylah Ledner
Together, they studied Permaculture and turned the land into a beautiful organic farm and even added a menagerie of adorable goats. They began hosting “Farm to Table” dinners and their popularity quickly spread.
Her family not only sells the beautiful vegetables they grow at the local farmers market but Lylah learned how to make all sorts of wonderful products from all the goat’s milk. Check out their 2014 Good Food, award-winning, Goat Milk Sea Salt Caramels!
Lylah would have never imagined the added bonus which came out of this new venture. She and her daughter have gone into business together and have a gorgeous line of Organic Skin Care called TSF Botanicals using plants and goat’s milk from the farm.
By slowing down, Lylah says she finally has the space she needed to make more time to think and create. Lylah shares her thoughts on staying ageless in mind and spirit through journaling and her love of “the whiteboard!”
